Exchange and Refund Policy

  • It is important to note that we generally do not accept returns in instances of user error such as providing an undeliverable address or making incorrect choices regarding sizes, designs, and colors.
  • Approximately 3% – 5% of packages might experience shipping-related issues, such as damage during transit, incorrect item dispatch, or losses incurred by the post office. Should you encounter any of these problems, we request you promptly provide photographic evidence of the damaged item and its label, along with a detailed description of the issue at hand. Upon receipt of this information, our customer support teams will review the evidence and strive to rectify the situation as efficiently as possible. Upon verification, a replacement will typically be arranged within 24 hours.
  • Please ensure that any claims are lodged within 30 days from the date the fulfillment cost was paid and the order was fulfilled. We regret that we cannot address any claims relating to orders that exceed this 30-day timeframe.
  • Our return policy is founded on the principle that returns will only be processed for issues arising due to our error, and the refund amount will correspond exclusively to the fees we received. Essentially, we commit to replacing an item if the issue is attributable to us. Under such circumstances, we will either replace the item or refund the exact fulfillment cost for the order in question. As per our Limitation of Liability terms, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, our service.
  • Please be aware that minor color and size variations may occur during the production process. For instance, colors may appear slightly brighter or darker compared to the original artwork file, and clothing sizes may deviate by 1-2 inches from the size chart provided.
  • In the event of replacement items being damaged, we are committed to providing a full refund.
